In Sofiivska Borshchahivka, Kyiv region, a ceremonial opening of the outpatient clinic of general practice — family medicine No. 10 of the Communal Non-Profit Enterprise "Center for Primary Medical and Sanitary Assistance" of the city of Toretsk took place.
The opening was made possible thanks to the support of the Toretsk City Military Administration.
The opening was attended by the director of the health department of the Donetsk regional state administration Volodymyr Kolesnyk and the deputy director of the department Olena Marchenko, as well as the head of the Toretsk MVA Vasyl Chynchyk.
Outpatient clinic No. 10 is a modern medical facility that has created all the conditions for providing quality, accessible medical care.
The staff of the outpatient clinic includes:

- psychologist,
- speech therapist,
- neurologist,
- ophthalmologist,
- otorhinolaryngologist (ENT),
- surgeon,
- cardiologist,
- endocrinologist.
Patients who have signed a declaration with a family doctor can receive:
- free consultations, diagnostics, and disease prevention,
- electronic prescriptions and referrals,
- medical certificates, sick leaves,
- palliative and rehabilitation assistance,
- psychological support.
Medical services are available to both residents of the Kyiv region and internally displaced persons.
