The Pokrovsk Central Library named after T. G. Shevchenko hosted a presentation of Lyubov Chorna's new book, "The Unpredictable Flight of Sad Cranes."

The event was held in a mixed format: guests in the library's reading room and online participants joined in the conversation about poetry and the meaning of life. As part of the "Side by Side: United Communities" project, partners from the Ivano-Frankivsk Library traditionally joined in, emphasizing that such events can bring people together despite distance and kilometers.

Among those present were the writer's friends, colleagues, members of the Creative Association "Sutsvitia," admirers of her work, and lovers of the Ukrainian language.

Local historian Valery Kordyukov, fellow writer Lidiya Sotnyk, and employees of the Pokrovsk Historical Museum shared warm and sincere words about the author and her rich creative work.

There were touching memories of Lyubov Chorna's life and creative path, of the depth of her poetry, born of love for Ukraine and sincere pain for its fate.

At the end of the event, the writer was presented with a letter of appreciation from the Pokrovsk City Military Administration on the occasion of her 75th birthday — in recognition of her significant creative contribution, active civic position, and many years of dedication to Ukrainian culture.
