Students at Pokrovsk Lyceum No. 3 receive hot, balanced meals daily in compliance with the updated standards of the school nutrition reform.
This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
He oted that even away from their native Pokrovsk, it remains vital for schoolchildren to have proper conditions for in-person learning — ranging from safe classrooms to high-quality meals.
"The reform, launched under the initiative of First Lady Olena Zelenska, changes the very approach to feeding children: greater focus on product quality, nutritious menus, and healthy habits.
I express my sincere gratitude to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy for supporting Ukrainian education and children, and to First Lady Olena Zelenska for initiating and consistently developing the school nutrition reform," emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
