Pokrovsk Lyceum No. 3, which is currently operating in Dnipro due to the ongoing wartime situation in Donetsk Oblast, is actively implementing the national school nutrition reform initiated by First Lady Olena Zelenska.
Despite operating away from Pokrovsk, the lyceum ensures displaced students receive balanced, high-quality, and appealing daily meals.
The nationwide reform shifts focus toward healthy eating habits, high-grade ingredient standards, balanced nutritional menus, and student satisfaction in school cafeterias.
Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, emphasized the importance of creating dignified conditions for learning, socialization, and healthy development for all children of Donetsk Oblast, regardless of where their educational institutions are temporarily located.
"When children are happy to go to the school cafeteria, that is probably the best evaluation of how it works. Pokrovsk Lyceum No. 3 is one example of how this operates in practice," stated Vadym Filashkin.
