A five-day leg of the regional summer environmental expedition, organized by the Donetsk Regional Ecology and Natural History Center, has come to a close at the “Emerald City” health resort.
During the expedition, the young researchers made keychains from recycled materials and decorative hearts from thread and cardboard, painted eco-friendly pencil cases, and created plant-inspired designs using henna. The children also participated in team games and interactive exercises designed to foster cooperation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Throughout the expedition, each group worked on creating a video about overcoming a specific environmental disaster, gradually gathering clues and developing their own solutions to environmental problems. The participants presented the results of their work during the closing event, “EcoFinal,” where they screened the videos they had created.
