How can you find a few minutes for yourself amid your daily worries? What helps relieve stress, recharge your energy, and lift your spirits?
Visitors to the “Mangush” Resilience Center can find answers to these questions at the interactive exhibition “Wings,” organized by the Center’s specialists.
The idea for the exhibition was inspired by the “Momental” app as part of the nationwide mental health program “How Are You?”—an initiative of Ukraine’s First Lady Olena Zelenska, implemented in collaboration with UNICEF in Ukraine.
“Wings” is not just an exhibition, but a space where visitors can try out various methods of emotional recovery.
Several themed zones have been set up for visitors:
🔹 a sensory table for relaxation and shifting one’s focus;
🔹 a plant zone that helps visitors feel calm and focus on pleasant sensations;
🔹 a “glimmer” space—for those small moments of joy that we often overlook;
🔹 a mirror zone for self-reflection and tuning into one’s own emotions;
🔹 stress balls to relieve tension;
🔹 metaphorical associative cards for reflection and self-discovery.
A special feature of the exhibition is the large wings, where visitors can take memorable photos.
The first guests have already explored the interactive zones, tried out the suggested activities, and shared their impressions.
These simple exercises help you better understand your own emotions, notice the pleasant moments in everyday life, and find accessible ways to support your mental health.
