A regular meeting of the “Transparency and Accountability” working group was held under the chairmanship of Ihor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. This week, the group reviewed the procurement conducted by the Udachne Settlement Territorial Community.
Valerii Duhelnyi, Head of the Udachne Settlement Military Administration, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned four procurements of goods and services totaling 11 million hryvnias. He noted that most of the funds were spent on the construction of defensive structures, the purchase of fuel and lubricants, construction materials, vehicle repairs, and the needs of municipal institutions.
Ihor Boiko stated that, according to the Department of Economy of the Regional State Administration, from 5 November to 13 November 2025, procuring entities across 19 territorial communities in the region planned 49 procurements amounting to nearly 50.1 million hryvnias. Out of the 49 procurements, nine contracts were concluded for the purchase of goods (portable charging stations, reinforcement bars, diesel fuel, New Year gifts), services for excavator restoration, inspection of residential buildings damaged as a result of military (combat) actions, installation of electrical equipment, and catering services.
He also stressed that the “Transparency and Accountability” working group, which includes representatives of law enforcement bodies, will continue monitoring the procurements carried out and planned by the communities of the region.
