Every year on August 23, Ukrainians honor the National Flag of Ukraine, a symbol of struggle, steadfastness, honor, and national unity.
We invite residents of the Toretsk and Ruzhyn communities to join the traditional flash mob "Ukraine is alive because its Flag is alive" as part of the "Side by Side: United Communities" project.
Our Flag is the color of victory, freedom, and dignity. In the world, the blue and yellow flag represents courage, independence, democratic values, and the strength of the Ukrainian people.
How to participate in the flash mob:
- Take a photo with the National Flag of Ukraine.
- Post it on your social media.
- Add the hashtag: #FlagUnitesToretsk_Ruzhyn.
