As part of the nationwide project “Side by Side: United Communities,” the Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration continues to collaborate with partners to support community members who have found themselves in difficult circumstances due to the war.
On October 14, the Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration, together with the “Oseredok” Charitable Foundation, arranged for the transportation of another elderly person who had been left homeless to the Veterans’ Home in Uman, where she will be provided with the necessary living conditions and care.
Currently, 25 residents of the Chasovoyarsk community are temporarily staying at the Veterans’ Home. Ensuring their safety, adequate living conditions, and ongoing care is a key focus of the partnership.
The professional exchange of expertise has also become an important component of this collaboration. Ruslan Pryimenko, Deputy Head of the Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration, participated in a roundtable discussion titled “Integrated Social Services in the Community Under Martial Law.”
During the event, he shared his experience organizing social and humanitarian support in a frontline community and spoke about working with residents who were forced to evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine. Particular attention was paid to finding effective solutions for providing people with necessary services, supporting the most vulnerable segments of the population, and establishing cooperation between communities.
Thanks to our joint efforts, people who have lost their homes due to the war receive not only a safe place to live, but also care, support, and human warmth.
