The meeting participants discussed common approaches to implementing the Regional and City Resilience Plans, as well as coordination between the Government of Ukraine, regional authorities, and local communities.
For the Donetsk region, resilience means maintaining effective governance, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of essential services, and continuing to support residents despite constant Russian attacks. It is crucial that every community has a clear action plan, the necessary resources, and well-established coordination with all responsible agencies.
"Everyone must clearly understand their responsibilities and be ready to act swiftly in difficult situations.
The Donetsk Region Resilience Plan reflects the realities of a frontline region and serves as a practical tool to help protect people, respond rapidly to emergencies, and ensure the stable functioning of the region under any circumstances.
I thank the Prime Minister for his close attention to the needs of Ukraine's regions," Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
