The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and chief of the Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, held an extended meeting with the heads of regional departments and chiefs of district and local military administrations.
During the meeting, participants discussed key issues such as community defense, support for the military, civilian evacuation, maintenance of vital infrastructure during wartime, and assistance for internally displaced persons.
Special attention was given to the heating season. In communities where the security situation prevents centralized heat supply, efforts continue to provide residents with alternative heating options and solid fuel in cooperation with international partners and charitable organizations.
“I emphasized the responsibility of community leaders for ensuring that Points of Invincibility are ready — they must operate without interruption and be prepared to receive people at any moment.
I also stressed the importance of constant coordination between communities, regional administration departments, the military, and law enforcement. Cohesive and well-coordinated actions are the key to safety and quick response.
Our common priority remains unchanged — to save lives and support those who are defending Donetsk region,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
