The focus of the online meeting was the relocation of vocational education institutions and medical facilities from Donetsk region to safer areas. This is a temporary measure aimed primarily at protecting the lives and health of teachers and students while ensuring the continuity of the educational process.
The heads of the regional administrations also discussed the placement of equipment necessary for полноценного навчального процесу.
“Our task is not just to relocate institutions, but to create достойні умови для навчання і роботи.
We are already jointly developing solutions to establish a modern educational environment for young people and educators from Donetsk region. This includes not only the functioning of educational institutions, but also the construction of housing for students, teachers, and internally displaced persons to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting people.
A separate emphasis is placed on close cooperation between businesses and relocated vocational education institutions. This will help adapt training programs to real labor market needs, strengthen practical training, and provide young people with guaranteed employment opportunities.
This is also an important step in supporting the economy: enterprises will receive qualified specialists who are especially needed today.
I am grateful to Myroslav Biletskyi and the entire Zakarpattia region for their openness to cooperation and real support for Donetsk region.
Together, we are ensuring the sustainability of education and creating opportunities for the future of our youth,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
