Today, together we signed an important memorandum of cooperation that opens new opportunities for Donetsk region — in education, the economy, and support for people.
This is not a formality, but a real tool of four-party cooperation. It focuses on supporting relocated educational institutions, businesses, and internally displaced persons. It is about modern training centers, workshops, workforce training tailored to labor market needs, cooperation with businesses, and creating conditions for living and working.
A special emphasis is placed on addressing social issues: housing, access to services, and integration of people into communities.
The memorandum makes it possible to unite the resources of the state, communities, and international partners to deliver results here and now.
For Donetsk region, this is critically important. We are not just preserving — we are building a system that works and provides people with opportunities,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
