Along with his deputies, the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration participated in the first meeting of the Working Group on financing sustainable development, which operates under the Interagency Working Group on ensuring the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
The meeting was chaired by Liliia Pashynna, Head of the Office of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine.
“We discussed key approaches to financing sustainable development under martial law, as well as opportunities to attract additional resources to support communities. For Donetsk region, this issue is of particular importance — it is not only about recovery, but also about building a resilient economic foundation for the future.
We are working to ensure that every community has the tools for development, even in the most challenging conditions,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
