The complex includes 13 houses with 126 apartments, three children’s playgrounds, a multifunctional sports ground, a workout area, and recreation spaces. A mini-market and café will soon open for residents, while the territory is already equipped with modern landscaping.
Construction of the first house began in April 2023, and by May 2024, 12 families of employees from the Friendly WindTechnology Industrial Park had already moved in. From May 2024, work began on another 12 houses, and just a year later, the complex was officially opened. Today, 121 families live here, including 33 teachers from the First Kramatorsk Lyceum, relocated from Donetsk region.
“Each apartment is provided with modern renovation, furniture, plumbing, and essential household appliances. Friendly WindTechnology also partially covers housing and utility costs. For those who lost their homes and were forced to move, this is truly significant support.
