Together with Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture Taras Vysotskyi, participants discussed issues important for the regions.
Among the key topics was the condition and restoration of protective forest belts, which are critically important for farmers. They also addressed the transfer of management functions of inter-district and district water management bodies from the State Agency of Fisheries of Ukraine to regional military administrations.
“Special attention was given to the issue of high firewood prices caused by insufficient harvesting. Solutions are needed to ensure people have access to fuel, especially in wartime conditions.
We are working with central authorities to resolve these issues for Donetsk region as quickly as possible,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
