The agenda of the extraordinary meeting focused on the progress in eliminating the consequences of the Russian occupiers’ attack on Ukrainian energy facilities, as well as the situation in frontline regions.
Special attention was given to Points of Invincibility and to the readiness of state and regional emergency response systems.
“There are 68 Points of Invincibility operating in Donetsk region. They are fully equipped with everything necessary — heating, electricity, communication, and hot drinks. Over more than two years of operation, nearly 841,000 people have received assistance there.
Thanks to the joint efforts of all levels of government and municipal utility workers, we are eliminating the consequences of Russian shelling as quickly as possible in order to restore electricity and heat for our people.
I am grateful to everyone involved in maintaining critical infrastructure — your work is now difficult, dangerous, but extremely important,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
