The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko.

The participants discussed, among other topics, the implementation of resilience plans, the protection of critical infrastructure, preparations of heating and water supply systems, and the provision of backup power sources.

For Donetsk region, all of these issues have practical significance. Resilience means the ability of communities to continue functioning during shelling, blackouts, and constant security threats.

The meeting also focused on financing mechanisms for comprehensive resilience plans, business engagement, credit programs, and the simplification of regulatory procedures and procurement processes to ensure that necessary decisions can be implemented more quickly and effectively.

“I am grateful to the Government for its consistent attention to strengthening the resilience of the regions.

We are working to ensure that Donetsk region has the resources, protection, and opportunities needed to withstand any circumstances,” Vadym Filashkin emphasized.
