Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin met online with graduates of schools in the Donetsk region who achieved the highest possible score—200 points—on the 2026 National Multi-Subject Test (NMT). The meeting also brought together teachers, parents, and students from different parts of Ukraine and abroad.
During the event, Vadym Filashkin presented the graduates with commemorative gifts in recognition of their outstanding academic achievements, as well as cash certificates from the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
The participants had an open and engaging discussion about the future of the Donetsk region, young people's career choices, and the challenges they overcame during their studies. They also shared their preparation strategies, learning approaches, and personal stories behind achieving the maximum NMT score.
Filashkin also spoke with teachers and parents about the specifics of distance learning, the importance of supporting students, and the vital role of the teaching community in helping students achieve such exceptional results.
"Meetings like these are always inspiring because our children's academic achievements once again demonstrate their resilience and determination. Despite all the challenges, they continue to show an outstanding level of knowledge. These results are also a testament to the high quality of education in the Donetsk region and the joint efforts of students, teachers, and parents.
This year, the Donetsk region has once again maintained strong positions in the National Multi-Subject Test results. Our students and educators continue to uphold high standards despite all the challenges of wartime.
