Please promptly inform the bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine if you are receiving a pension or insurance payments from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation.
You can report this fact in the following ways:
1️⃣ Through the “Remote Notification” tab in your personal account on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal — https://www.pfu.gov.ua/ — by logging in with a qualified electronic signature (QES) or using Diia.Signature, and marking the fields confirming non-receipt of pension and insurance payments from the pension authorities of the Russian Federation.
2️⃣ In the application for the appointment or recalculation of a pension, which can be submitted online with a QES via your personal account on the Pension Fund’s web portal — https://www.pfu.gov.ua/
💻 In the section “Regarding Pension Provision”, select “Application for Pension Appointment” or “Application for Pension Recalculation”, fill in the required fields, and in the block “Pension of another type under other laws of Ukraine or in another country, including taking into account periods of employment before January 1, 1992, in the republics of the former USSR”, provide the necessary data and attach scanned copies of your passport and identification code.
3️⃣ During video identification — you can verbally inform the specialist of the Main Directorate about the non-receipt of pension or insurance payments.
To register for video identification, you can use:
✔ the open service of the Pension Fund’s electronic services portal — “Application for Identification via Video Conference”;
✔ the Contact Center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine by phone:
