A housing subsidy recipient is obliged, within 30 days from the moment circumstances arise that affect the subsidy assignment, to inform the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Such circumstances include:
🔹 Changes in the composition of persons registered in the dwelling, their social status, or changes in the family composition of a household member;
🔸 Changes in the list of housing and communal services received or in the conditions under which they are provided;
🔹 Changes in the building manager or utility service provider (except when the service provider reports such changes), or the establishment of a homeowners’ association;
🔸 Making a one-time purchase exceeding 100,000 UAH, as well as acquiring or obtaining ownership rights to real estate valued at more than 100,000 UAH;
🔹 Purchase (including on credit) of generating units worth more than 150,000 UAH;
🔸 Acquisition of ownership of vehicles (except mopeds and trailers) or residential premises in a city or urban-type settlement (real estate located in rural areas does not affect the right to receive a subsidy, but the Pension Fund must still be informed);
🔹 Foreign currency or banking metal purchase operations amounting to more than 50,000 UAH in total (this refers not to a single purchase but all transactions totaling 50,000 UAH within 12 months);
🔸 Receiving a one-time income exceeding 25 times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons (except targeted charitable assistance, insurance payments for medical and social support, inheritance in the form of real estate or its main portion, grants or scholarships for education);
🔹 Opening a bank deposit account (accounts) totaling more than 100,000 UAH, or purchasing domestic government bonds exceeding 100,000 UAH in total;
🔸 Circumstances leading to loss of the right to a subsidy for excess housing area (subsidies for excess housing area are reviewed if the number of registered persons changes, the family composition changes, or such persons gain employment or new income sources);
🔹 Staying abroad for more than 60 days by any household member or a family member of a household member;
🔸 Payment of housing and utility services or expenses for multi-apartment building management made by a third party using their funds or by an executive body using local budget funds;
🔹 Renting out a dwelling to an internally displaced person (IDP) and receiving a subsidy to pay for the rented dwelling in accordance with Resolution No. 1225 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 25.10.2024.
