As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," a working meeting was held between representatives of the Velykonovosilkovskaya and Teplitskaya communities, dedicated to the development of further intermunicipal cooperation.
During the meeting, the parties discussed key areas for further cooperation in the fields of education, culture, youth policy, and sports. Particular attention was paid to developing a draft joint cooperation program for 2026, identifying priority tasks, formats for interaction, and prospects for its practical implementation.
Such interaction allows communities not only to exchange experience, but also to form joint decisions aimed at developing human potential, supporting youth, and preserving cultural space even in the face of military challenges.
The Side by Side: United Communities project has proven its effectiveness as a platform for systematic cooperation, uniting communities around shared values, responsibility, and the pursuit of sustainable development.
