Learning can become the first step toward a new profession, stability, and confidence in the future. The Donetsk Regional Employment Center is launching the information campaign “From Dream to Action: Learning → Development → Employment” for internally displaced persons within the initiative “Your Path to Employment.”
The activities are aimed at motivating people to pursue professional training, develop relevant skills, and make a conscious move toward employment amid ongoing change.
Event schedule:

Participants will gain a fresh perspective on their own opportunities, understand the value of learning during a period of transformation, and see real prospects for professional growth.
February 12 at 11:00 — webinar “How to Make Learning Effective and Achieve Your Goal?”
Practical steps toward results, maintaining motivation, and turning learning into an effective tool for development and employment.
We invite you to a space of support, conscious decisions, and new beginnings.

The events are organized as part of the updated toolkit of the State Employment Service for working with internally displaced persons — the new survey “Your Path to Employment,” which helps career advisors more accurately identify professional needs, skill levels, and possible barriers to employment. This makes it possible to build individual professional development trajectories and select the most effective training and employment opportunities.
