First Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Yuriy Vinokurov introduced the new head of the Kramatorsk District Military Administration, Viktoria Nabokova.
The Presidential Decree on her appointment to this position came into force today.
A year before the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, Viktoria Nabokova worked as deputy and later first deputy head of the Kramatorsk Regional State Administration. From 2025 to 2026, she served as acting head of the district.
During his congratulatory speech, Yuriy Vinokurov outlined the key tasks facing the district military administration under martial law. Among the priorities are ensuring the safety of the population, coordinating the work of the district communities, supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and ensuring the stable functioning of critical infrastructure and the social sphere.
He emphasized the need for coordinated interaction with local authorities, law enforcement agencies, military units, and volunteer organizations.
Viktoria Nabokova expressed her gratitude for the trust placed in her and assured that she would make every effort to work effectively in her position, ensure stability in the district, and carry out the tasks set by the President of Ukraine and the regional leadership.
