Ukrainian citizens who have been discharged from compulsory military service are entitled to receive financial assistance. The procedure for granting this assistance is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 185 dated April 8, 2015.
The assistance is provided in the following amounts:
For those employed at the time of enlistment: in the amount of the average salary as of the date of enlistment, but not less than the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established on January 1 of the calendar year;
For those not employed at the time of enlistment: in the amount of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons established on January 1 of the calendar year as of the enlistment date.
The financial assistance is paid within one month from the date the discharged person is registered for military service at their place of residence, in accordance with the procedure established by law.
To receive the assistance, one must apply to the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers.

🔸 Certificate from the place of employment indicating average salary received;
🔸 Copy of the employment record book certified by the last employer;
🔸 Application for transferring the financial assistance to a bank account.
