The development of barrier-free spaces, the implementation of new standards of inclusivity at Oschadbank, and the rollout of the “My Barrier-Free” program were discussed at a briefing held at the regional state administration, where Olena Malyshko, Deputy Head of Oschadbank’s Donetsk Region, served as the speaker.
As of today, Oschadbank’s network across Ukraine already includes 36 fully barrier-free and 740 adapted branches. The bank pays special attention to frontline regions: in the Donetsk region, there are currently seven branches in operation, three of which fully comply with DBN standards for accessibility, and in Sloviansk, there is a super-inclusive branch with expanded space, lowered teller counters, tactile markers, and ATMs with voice modules for people with hearing impairments.
In addition to developing infrastructure and digital services, Oschadbank is actively involved in veteran programs, specifically supporting projects to reintegrate veterans through mobile rehabilitation units and medical centers.
