Prepare and scan the following documents to upload to the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine https://portal.pfu.gov.ua:
🔸 passport,
🔸 identification code,
🔸 bank details in the approved format (can be obtained at the branch of the bank where you opened your account).
Please note the requirements for scanned copies of documents:
✔ the size of each file must not exceed 1 MB;
✔ file format: JPG, JPEG, PDF;
✔ documents containing more than one page must be attached as a single file;
✔ scanned copies must be made from the original documents;
✔ the scanned copy must be in color, clear, and legible;
✔ file names must correspond to the type of scanned document.
Log in to your personal account on the Pension Fund’s e-services portal and submit an application to transfer your pension from the post office to a bank.
