The war has forced dozens of medical institutions in the region to leave their home cities and seek safer conditions to continue their work. Among them is the Avdiivka Central City Hospital, whose staff worked in the city until the very last moment despite constant shelling. Eventually, the facility underwent a difficult but necessary relocation. In the autumn of 2022, the hospital resumed operations in Kyiv, managing to preserve its team and its unwavering commitment to helping people.
Today, doctors continue to hold their own frontline: treating and supporting those who have experienced evacuation or the loss of their homes. Their work is critically important for the country and helps ensure the resilience of communities even far from their native cities.
Almost immediately after the relocation, specialists from the employment service joined the effort to help the relocated medical institution restore its activities as quickly as possible. This cooperation continues to this day. Employment service experts analyze staffing needs, recruit personnel, and organize training. Thanks to state programs and coordinated cooperation, vacancies for doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other positions have been filled.
Timely information about services and modern opportunities provided by the employment service, along with regular working meetings with representatives of the institution, makes it possible to promptly respond to staffing needs, coordinate next steps, and ensure smooth and effective operations.
