To receive housing or monetary compensation, it is necessary to register for housing accounting. This is the first step. Next is the queue, decision, and provision of housing or compensation.
📌Who can register?
Citizens who need improvement of living conditions and belong to one of the categories:
- Participants in combat actions
- Persons with disabilities due to war
- Families of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine
- IDPs (internally displaced persons)
📌What are the grounds?
- living space is less than the norm for the region
- two or more families in one room or cohabitation of persons of different genders (over 9 years old)
- severe chronic diseases (impossible to live with other family members or in a communal apartment)
- housing does not meet sanitary/technical standards
- living in a dormitory or communal apartment
- rental (state, public, private - under a contract of at least 5 years)
📌What documents need to be submitted?
- Application for registration (signed by all family members)
- Certificate of registration of place of residence (for each family member)
- Copy of the certificate (combat veteran / disability / family member of the deceased)
- Certificates of registration at the place of work (or absence of such registration)
- Certificates of IDP status (for all family members)
📌Where to apply?
- CNAP
- Executive committee of the village, settlement, or city council
- District state administration in Kyiv (at the place of residence)
The decision is made within a month!
📬You will receive a written response with the date of registration or reasons for refusal.
📌How to receive housing or monetary compensation?
- After registration - wait for your turn (general, priority, or extraordinary)
- The decision to provide housing is made by the executive committee of the local council
- After the decision - you receive an order and keys to the housing
📌Monetary compensation - who is entitled?
- persons with disabilities of groups I–II due to war
- families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine
What are the conditions?
- you are registered for housing accounting
- the living space owned is less than 13.65 m² per person
