In case of transferring pension payments from the post office to a bank, changing the banking institution or payment details, the pensioner must submit a corresponding application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine to ensure timely receipt of pension payments.
You can submit an application to change the method of pension payment online — through your personal account on the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services web portal ➡ https://portal.pfu.gov.ua.
To do this, log in to the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services web portal using a qualified electronic signature (QES).
You must first prepare scanned copies of the following documents:
🔹 the applicant's passport;
🔸 identification number;
🔹 bank account details.
