Athletes representing Ukraine included students of the Serhii Bubka College and trainees of the Regional Youth Sports School for Weightlifting.
Oleksandra Shyliayeva (up to 44 kg, U17) – bronze in snatch and total;
Zlata Mikhovych (up to 58 kg, U15) – bronze in clean & jerk;
Mykhailo Malyuk (up to 94 kg, U17) – bronze in snatch;
Sviatoslav Anhelov (+94 kg, U17) – fifth and sixth places.
The athletes come from Bakhmut, Bilozerske, and Kramatorsk. Their coaches are Ihor Obukhov, Volodymyr Zhoha, and Ihor Obukhov Jr.
Oleksandra Shyliayeva and Mykhailo Malyuk are members of the Donetsk Regional Reserve Sports Team for 2025 and are receiving support from the regional budget.
