Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises (up to 1500 hectares) of any organizational and legal form can become participants in this stage of the project.
Priority will be given to applications from enterprises in affected regions.
As part of the program, the Charitable Foundation will provide non-repayable charitable (humanitarian) assistance – grain (silage) sleeves "Harwell" made of polyethylene 2.76x75, 2.76x90 and temporarily free use of grain packaging machines.
Applications will be accepted from July 1, 2025, until the volumes of polymer sleeves are exhausted.
To participate in the program, business entities need to fill out all fields in the CRM system, attach a request for assistance, and a report on the sown areas of agricultural crops (form SG-4).
