This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
A total of 3.7 billion hryvnias has been allocated since the beginning of this year to create and strengthen defensive lines and support the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine from the regional budget and community budgets.
These interim results were announced today at a meeting of the Donetsk Regional Defense Council. In addition, another 16.5 million hryvnias were allocated today to the units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces that are performing combat missions in the Donetsk region.
These funds will be used to purchase UAVs, FPV drones, and electronic warfare equipment, which are extremely important today for effectively deterring and destroying the enemy.
Donetsk region is a frontline region, and we are doing everything possible to provide our soldiers with modern means of warfare. Every hryvnia invested by the state brings us closer to victory.
