The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region regularly holds consultation meetings, including via videoconference, in humanitarian hubs in 19 regions of the country with citizens who were forced to move due to hostilities and found refuge in other regions.
As of July 1, 2025, 320 meetings have been held, during which internally displaced persons from Donetsk region received 1,533 consultations and explanations.
During these events, specialists from the Main Directorate provide practical assistance and advice on pension provision, housing subsidies and benefits, insurance payments, and also inform about the possibility of receiving services in a convenient format — through the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine ➡ portal.pfu.gov.ua and the mobile application “Pension Fund” https://t1p.de/2b287.
