Despite the daily trials of war, Donetskoblgas steadfastly holds its front — providing residents of Donetsk with the vital blue fuel every day, promptly eliminating the consequences of shelling, and selflessly offering a full range of services to its subscribers.
Thanks to the coordinated work of Donetskoblgas specialists, the following results were achieved in May:
- Gas supply was restored to 804 subscribers who were without gas due to shelling;
- 220 meters of gas pipelines damaged during hostilities were restored;
- 152 kilometers of gas networks were inspected using a comprehensive instrumental method: 89 insulation damages were detected and eliminated. Using the RMLD device, 100 kilometers of gas networks were inspected: over 170 gas leaks were detected and eliminated;
- 946 requests were processed by the emergency dispatch service, of which 161 calls were after enemy attacks;
- 7,869 calls were received at the single contact center number 0-800-100-104;
- 270 subscribers were received during field receptions of subscriber departments;
- 43 acts of violations regarding unauthorized consumption of natural gas were drawn up by the Society's employees. The total amount of additional charges based on the drawn-up acts exceeded 740 thousand UAH.
