Senior Soldier Dmytro Nabatov was killed on October 11, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission near the village of Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia region. He was 36 years old.
Dmytro was born on September 29, 1987, in Sloviansk. At the age of 29, he moved to Kyiv. He worked as an analyst and trader in the field of online investments. He lived with his family in Bucha, near the capital. In 2017, together with his wife, he founded a company specializing in investments in U.S. stocks and cryptocurrencies, as well as client education.
On February 26, 2022, Dmytro took his family to Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi in Cherkasy region, and then volunteered at the military enlistment office. After combat training, he was deployed to defend Sumy region. He served as a driver in the ranks of the 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade and later underwent training in Slovakia. From May 2023, he defended Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia direction.
He was buried in Korsun-Shevchenkivskyi.
He is survived by his wife and two daughters. His wife, Olena Nabatova, dedicated her book “Financial Genius” to him.
