The life of Vadym Linichenko was taken by a Russian shelling attack on the village of Mykhailivka in Donetsk region on August 7, 2024. He and his wife Nina were killed in the yard of their own home.
Vadym was 55 years old. He was born in Mykhailivka, Pokrovsk district. He worked as a miner in Novohrodivka at the Kotliarevska mine. In 1990, he married Nina. That same year, the couple welcomed their daughter Alina, and seven years later — their second daughter, Viktoriia.
“The couple lived together for almost 35 years, truly soul to soul. They built a large house with their own hands, raised their daughters, and dreamed of spending a happy old age in their native land,” representatives of the Novohrodivka community said.
Vadym and Nina were buried in the city of Selydove.
