On the Day of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, when every word of gratitude to our defenders sounds especially strong, the regional campaign “Talisman of Indestructibility” will start in Donetsk region.
From November 20 to December 1, 2025, young people in the region will have the opportunity to personally express their gratitude to Ukrainian soldiers and create special talismans for them — symbols of resilience, warmth, and faith in victory.
In the context of full-scale war, Ukrainian Armed Forces Day is not just a date on the calendar. It is a day when we once again bow our heads to those who defend every inch of Ukrainian land at the cost of their own lives. Honoring our military personnel is our moral duty and a powerful contribution to national unity.
That is why the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of National Patriotic Education of the Regional State Administration, together with the Center for Unity and National Resistance platform, invites schoolchildren, students, active youth, and all those who care to join the “Talisman of Indestructibility” campaign.
What you can do:
• Draw a postcard or a thank-you picture;
• Write a sincere letter to a soldier;
• Make your own talisman (bracelet, motanka doll, angel, patriotic postcard, etc.);
• Record a short video greeting or words of support.
All talismans and letters will be sent to Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers who are performing combat missions in the Donetsk region and undergoing treatment in hospitals in the region.
Each of your amulets is not just an object. It is a piece of home warmth, a belief that the soldiers are not alone, and a powerful energy that helps them keep their spirits up even in the most difficult conditions.
