After losing his job, Dmytro from Kramatorsk turned to the local branch of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center for assistance with employment. This was not his first experience cooperating with the employment service — he had already seen the professionalism and effectiveness of its specialists, so he did not hesitate to entrust his job search to them.
Dmytro had significant experience working as a driver, knew the roads well, and held all the necessary categories of licenses to operate even large vehicles. Although he had worked in other positions for some time, his desire to return to his favorite profession never left him.
“I’ve always loved working as a driver. It’s not just a way to earn money — it’s a lifestyle. I enjoy being on the move, seeing new places, and communicating with people,” Dmytro shares.
During his consultation with a career advisor, Dmytro discussed his experience and preferences. The employment service specialist conducted profiling, helped him update his resume, clarified his requirements for the future job, and began an active search for bus driver vacancies.
While there were no suitable offers, Dmytro joined community service projects organized by the employment service. This allowed him to stay active, gain additional experience, and receive financial support.
In September 2025, specialists from the service found exactly the position Dmytro had been waiting for — a bus driver at PJSC “Kramatorsk ATP-11410.” Taking into account his experience and skills, the specialists immediately recommended him for the role. After a successful interview, Dmytro was invited to join the company.
Today, Dmytro is doing what he loves, with financial stability and social security.
“I’m grateful to the staff of the employment service for their support, advice, and belief in me. Thanks to their help, I’m back behind the wheel and doing what I love,” Dmytro says.
