Corteva Agriscience, an international agricultural research and development company, has announced the start of registration for the TalentA-2026-2027 educational and grant program. The project aims to strengthen and develop women’s farming, as well as support the viability of agribusiness amid a full-scale war.
Participation in the program is free of charge. The grant fund for 2026 totals over 600,000 UAH, which will be distributed among the projects that receive the highest ratings as determined by the members of the expert council.
The grant is intended to support the development or implementation of processing activities and the integration of social responsibility components, which will help meet the current needs of local communities.
📌 Women who meet the established selection criteria are eligible to participate in the program:
🔹 18 years of age or older;
🔹 reside in a settlement with a population of up to 10,000 residents;
🔹 are permanently employed and/or are owners (co-owners) of an officially registered agricultural enterprise in Ukraine (with at least one year of experience in the agricultural sector).
The program includes an online learning hub covering a wide range of topics in business management.

Applications will be accepted through September 30, 2026 (inclusive). Participants who successfully pass the selection process will be personally notified of the results via the email address provided during registration.
