A convenient and accessible service on the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine allows you to submit scanned copies of paper employment record books and other documents confirming the employee's work activity for conversion into electronic form.
Scanned copies of paper employment record books can be submitted by both the employer and the employee.
From the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Electronic Recording of Employee Work History” No. 1217-IX (June 10, 2021), employees and employers have five years to digitize work books.
Since the introduction of the “Electronic Employment Record Book” service on the web portal of electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine https://portal.pfu.gov.ua (since December 2019), more than 302,100 scanned paper employment record books have been submitted for digitization.
