Today, vocational training and upskilling directly contribute to overcoming staff shortages and addressing the imbalance between labor supply and demand in the job market.
The employment service helps individuals acquire new knowledge and skills that employers currently need, enabling them to secure their place in the labor market.
From January to August this year, 1,542 job seekers underwent vocational training directed by the Donetsk Regional Employment Service. The clearest proof of this training's effectiveness is that 87% of participants have already secured employment in their newly acquired professions.
Among them, 841 individuals studied at vocational education centers of the State Employment Service, where they mastered in-demand professions and gained practical skills that help them find employment faster and successfully fulfill themselves professionally.
