On the occasion of the Defenders of Ukraine Day, the President signed a decree to honor our cities — together with the cities of other frontline regions.
Among the evacuees were 74 children and 144 people with limited mobility.
Internally displaced persons are being hosted by the Zakarpattia, Vinnytsia, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Volyn, Cherkasy, Rivne, and Odesa regions.
One elderly family settled in Hansen’s Miracle Village with the support of the Charitable Foundation “Hansen Mission in Ukraine.”
At transit points, people receive hot meals, humanitarian and psychological assistance. The National Police, the State Emergency Service, regional and local military administrations, chaplains, and volunteers from more than 20 organizations provide support.
The most important thing is to save lives!
