A regular meeting of the “Transparency and Accountability” working group was held under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Members of the working group and invited guests participated in the event.
During the meeting, participants discussed the status of public procurements carried out by the Bakhmut City Territorial Community in 2026.
According to the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, for the period from January 1 to September 10, 2026, the Bakhmut City Community has planned 22 procurements of goods, works, and services totaling 108.8 million hryvnias.
Oleksiy Reva, head of the Bakhmut City Military Administration, reported on the status of procurement, the main areas of budget spending, planned measures, and the community’s priority needs under martial law.
Following the discussion, meeting participants emphasized the importance of adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in the field of public procurement. The working group will continue to monitor ongoing and planned procurements by local communities in the Donetsk region.
