The Bakhmut and Kremenchuk communities held an online festival for psychologists

Published 27 April 2026 year, 10:52

As part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” the Bakhmut and Kremenchuk communities held an online festival titled “Psychological Improvisation.” The event served as a platform for bringing together mental health professionals from both communities.

The festival was moderated by Tetiana Slobodyanyuk, a psychologist with the Bakhmut City Council’s Department of Education. Together with her team of colleagues, she succeeded in creating a space for professional inspiration and mutual support.

During the festival, specialists presented a variety of methods: a set of exercises to prepare for work and relieve tension, and demonstrated the possibilities of integrating modern digital technologies. Colleagues from Kremenchuk were introduced to the Hibuki method, which helps children overcome emotional trauma.

The festival served as a powerful platform for professional development and for promoting the work of school psychologists in Bakhmut and Kremenchuk. The online format erased geographical boundaries, attracting participants from different parts of Ukraine. This once again confirmed that when communities work side by side, no distance can stand in the way of professional growth and mutual support.
