Businesses in the Donetsk region are learning to use tools for development and sustainability

Published 20 August 2026 year, 13:03

A series of webinars for the “Code of Resilience” educational course, organized by the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk Chambers of Commerce and Industry with the support of the “Partnership for a Strong Ukraine” Program, is currently underway.

On August 19, webinar participants discussed business diagnostics—assessing a company’s current state, identifying problem areas, and seeking opportunities for further development.

The event’s speaker was Svitlana Nasyrova—a certified business coach, business consultant specializing in strategic marketing, business development, and sustainability, PhD, and head of the Association of Business Consultants.

During the webinar, participants discussed the challenges businesses face during wartime, particularly the need to adapt business strategies to changing circumstances while maintaining a long-term vision for the company’s development.

Participants examined the key factors to consider during a business diagnosis. Topics included changes in the competitive environment, customer demand, and the labor market, as well as internal issues—such as attracting new customers, team development, and building a management team.

Special attention was given to business development at various stages—from customer acquisition and ensuring growth to process systematization, optimization, and scaling.

The “Code of Resilience” webinar series continues. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical knowledge and tools to help businesses adapt to the challenges of wartime and identify future directions for growth.
