On August 20, a seminar was held with representatives of district and local military administrations to discuss the implementation of electronic document management and the digitization of local government and military administration operations.
More than 260 specialists from the Donetsk region participated in the seminar.
The event also addressed the following issues:
- the use of AI tools to process citizen inquiries and optimize internal processes in accordance with current national glossaries and requirements;
- amendments to the Rules for the Organization of Record Keeping and Archival Storage of Documents in State Bodies, Local Self-Government Bodies, Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations;
- calculating the quota for reservations, specifically how employees working part-time will be counted;
- conducting informational and educational work on preventing and combating domestic violence, human trafficking, and ensuring gender equality;
- organizing the activities of the “veteran’s assistant” and their interaction with responsible officials at the local level;
- Implementation of a pilot project to provide housing for internally displaced persons in rural areas;
- Ensuring cybersecurity and the protection of information resources of local government bodies and military administrations: practical recommendations on cyber hygiene and responding to cyber incidents.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Coordination with Local Self-Government Bodies in collaboration with relevant departments of the regional state administration, the State Archives of Donetsk Oblast, and the Donetsk Oblast Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.
During the seminar, participants acquired new skills and knowledge, actively participated in discussions of reports and presentations, and shared their suggestions regarding topics for future meetings.
