On July 28, the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk Chambers of Commerce and Industry, with the support of the “Partnership for a Strong Ukraine” Program, held a webinar titled “E-commerce 2026–2027 — The New Law on Market Surveillance and the Rules of the Game on Marketplaces.”
The event’s speaker was Halyna Perepelytsia, a certified trainer and consultant on international trade and exports to the EU.
During the webinar, participants were briefed on the latest legislative changes in the field of e-commerce that will affect business operations in 2026–2027. Particular attention was paid to issues of online trade taxation, state market surveillance, consumer protection, and safety requirements for non-food products.
Participants also examined the practical aspects of applying new legislative provisions in the field of online sales and received answers to pressing questions regarding the conduct of e-commerce.
The webinar marked another step toward raising awareness among Ukrainian businesses about current legislative changes and their practical application.
