Where to submit? The report is submitted to the employment center at the place of your business operations.
Submission format — your choice:
1. Electronic format — submit online using a QES (qualified electronic signature). This saves time and allows you to report without visiting the institution.
2. Paper format — submitted in hard copy with the personal signature of the responsible person.
