The 120-mm mortar of the motorized infantry battalion of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Daniel operates almost on the front line. The enemy is just a few kilometers away, with the sounds of constant impacts from KABs, artillery, and drones.
The warriors are on combat duty and await the order to open fire. When the radio crackles with "to battle!", the fighters quickly aim the mortar, load a shell into the barrel, and send it towards the advancing Russian assault troops.
Every action is honed to automation; the main thing is reaction, concealment, and minimal movement so that the enemy cannot detect the position. Our warriors continue to hold on despite everything. The battle for Chasiv Yar continues.
